Dispute Resolution Policy

Fabrique Love Pte Ltd (“Fabrique”) takes your feedback very seriously.

In the event of any disputes regarding our service, the issue may be reported to [email protected] and your request will be directed to our Relationship Managers who will respond to you via email within 1-3 working days.

Alternatively, you may contact us directly at 6838 0298 during our working hours from 10.00am – 6.00pm (Mondays to Saturdays).

If the dispute remains unresolved, the dispute will be referred – at mutual agreement between both parties – to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, such as the Small Claims Tribunal, the Singapore Mediation Centre or CASE.
