Dispute Resolution Policy

Fabrique Love Pte Ltd (“Fabrique”) takes your feedback very seriously.

In the event of any disputes regarding our service, the issue may be reported to [email protected] and your request will be directed to our Relationship Managers who will respond to you via email within 1-3 working days.

Alternatively, you may contact us directly at 6838 0298 during our working hours from 10.00am – 6.00pm (Mondays to Saturdays).

If the dispute remains unresolved, SDN will direct the parties to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, such as the Small Claims Tribunal, Singapore Mediation Centre or CASE.
