Dating Membership and Packages

For the purchase of Fabrique Lifetime Membership: Fabrique makes no guarantee of any pre-matched date during the term of your membership. You will be entitled to a full refund (less an administrative fee of S$40) of your registration/membership fee only in the following instances:

  • Where you write in to request for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of sign up (“Cooling-Off Period”).

For the Purchase of Dates Packages: You will be entitled to a full refund (less an administrative fee S$40) of your registration/membership fee only in the following instances:

  • Where you write in to request for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of sign up (“Cooling-Off Period”).
  • Un-utilised services in respect of your membership and or dates shall be forfeited upon termination of your membership and there will be no pro-rated or partial refunds due to you.
  • For the Purchase of Dates Subscription packages, there will be strictly no refund of your subscription fees.

Events

  • If participants withdraw from the event 2 weeks before the event, Fabrique will refund 80% of the event cost, 20% being the administrative cost incurred.
  • If withdrawal from the event is made less than 2 weeks from the event, there will be no refund.
  • A full refund will be given if the event is cancelled by Fabrique.
  • If the event is postponed, participants will be given a choice to opt for full refund (if they cannot make it for the new date), join the event at the postponed date or transfer to another event of their choice (a partial refund will be given if the new event of choice is of a lower value and a top-up is required if the new event of choice if of a higher value).
  • Please note that there is no refund upon sign up of any Fabrique oversea events. In the event that we cancel the event, full refund will be given.
