PARKOUR INTRODUCTION EXPERIENCE (SUN)

With growing interest in this sport, its the perfect time to pick up and learn the intricacies of parkour. And what better way to do so, then with learning it with fellow sports enthusiast? Suitable for all fitness levels, learn the basics whilst getting to know fellow singles.

What to Expect?

• 1.5h Parkour workshop, suitable for all fitness levels!
• Hosted by experience professionals, to ensure safe training
• Ice-breakers and interaction to get you rolling
• Light drinks and snacks available
• Intimate group sizes (max 4 -5 per group)
